Don’t worry. If his qa department listened to him he failed the call.
1)to much dead air, not in control of call.
2)Not using customers last name enough
2)No proper transitional phrases.
But the big one is
3)He is offering a consumer package to a business account. That is not allowed, and he should have ended the call right there.
waste of time. fuck with him, not 10 minutes of a conversation. THIS SUCKS

Comcast seems to be the most expensive cable company out there. $159 a month? sheesh.
Maybe Comcast should either do the selling themselves or inform the people they hire about their services.

wow, he probably gets paid minimum wage man, of course he doesn’t know about the products, i think he’s kinda like affiliate, he gets paid commission for what he sells, so you just wasted his time, that he could be selling something.
